Golden Bear is a provider for Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Workers' Compensation and PPO contracts, medical/legal, and other private insurance companies. Insurance requires a diagnosis and prescription from your referring physician.

For All Care and Sutter Gould patients, we are exclusive providers of Aquatic Therapy treatment.

Contact your physician for a signed referral prescription. If we are not providers of your insurance, let us know! We would love to establish relationships with new insurers.

We will work with your insurance carrier to confirm policy and coverage requirements.
